It is essential that all purchases and project-related expenses are accurately tracked. Doing so not only supports our accounting team in monitoring company charges, but also provides real-time insight into the profit and loss of each project.
This allows us to clearly assess whether a project is performing well during day-to-day operations.
Because we work in a fast-paced environment, we want to make this process as seamless as possible. We have provided an all-in-one tracking system through our website, which can be accessed via phone, iPad, or computer for your convenience.
If, for any reason, the system cannot be used at the time of purchase, please be sure to clearly write the project name and your name on the top or back of each receipt. These should then be submitted directly to the Admin/Accounting Department.
